If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Just send us an email to care@theairfrog.in and include your order number and reason for return/Exchanges.

As per the return policy, once a product is delivered, can only be returned if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. damaged, defective or wrong item).

If the product falls in any of the above category, you can request for replacement/return within the prescribed return time. In some rare or special case, refund will be provided once the defective product is received by us.

Note:  Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee. There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you can only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price.

Return Process:

In case, there is any problem concerning the product, our team shall coordinate in verifying and resolving any issue related to it. You will shortly receive a call and an email from our product return verification assistant. If the problem still remains unresolved, the seller shall then replace the product.

However, if the product is out of stock the seller shall refund the amount paid or replace with similar product.

Requirements for Returns:
  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from airfrog.in, purchases made outside of airfrog.in must contact their seller for returns.
  • All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
  • If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges.
  • Refund processes could take up to 6-8 working days after the item is received.
  • We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
  • There’s no refund on Nano Mist Sprayers, only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.
  • Masks are non-returnable items.

Please be informed that you have to pay for the return/exchange shipping fee.

Exchange Process:

Before Pick-Up, Our Team Would Check For The Given Things:

  • The product is correct or not as far as the brand name, bar code, image and MRP is concerned. Moreover, everything should be properly visible.
  • The product should be complete with all the freebies and combos if any.
  • There should not be any tampering with the warranty or quality check seals.
  • The product should not be damaged or torn with any dents or hole.
  • The original packaging of the product should remain the same.

Note: Only under the above conditions, the product shall be entitled for any exchange.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Note: Any manufacturing defects or damage which may have occurred while the product is in transit, needs to informed within 48 working hours of receiving the order. If the concern is raised post 48 working hours, we shall be free from any obligations arising out of it & appropriate charges needs to be paid by the buyer for the defect/damages

Cancel My Order:

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. We will refund the 100% amount in 5-7 working days. If the order has been shipped, then please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
