As per the return policy, once a product is delivered, can only be returned/exchanged if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. damaged, defective or wrong item).

Note: Any manufacturing defects or damage which may have occurred while the product is in transit, needs to informed to us within 48 working hours of receiving the order. If the concern is raised post 48 working hours, we shall be free from any obligations arising out of it & appropriate charges needs to be paid by the buyer for the defect/damages

If the product falls in any of the above category, buyer can request for replacement/return within the prescribed return time. Just send us an email care@theairfrog.in and include your order number and reason for return/Exchanges. Refund will be provided once the defective product is received by us.

Note:  Please be informed that buyer have to pay all the charges associated with return/exchange of the product including shipping fee. There is No Return on Cash on Delivery (COD), buyer are only eligible for exchange with same/another product of the same price.

Exchange Process:

In case, there is any problem concerning the product, buyer should contact us & our team shall coordinate to verify and resolve any issue related to it. If the problem still remains unresolved, then we shall replace the product.

However, if the product is out of stock we shall refund the amount paid subject to refund conditions mentioned herein or exchanged with similar product.

Once your exchange is approved, our team shall then initiate the exchange process & product shall be picked from buyer’s place (shipping charges needs to be paid by buyer) if pick up facility is available for the pin code of buyer or else buyer have to ship it themselves.

Once the product is received by us, Our Team Would Check for the Given Things:

  • The product is correct or not as far as the brand name, bar code, image and MRP is concerned. Moreover, everything should be properly visible.
  • The product should be complete with all the freebies and combos if any.
  • should not be any tampering with the warranty or quality check seals.
  • The product should not be damaged or torn with any dents or hole.
  • The original packaging of the product should remain the same.

Note : Only under the above conditions, the product shall be entitled for any exchange.
Once returned product is received and inspected, we will send buyer an email to notify that we have received their returned item. We will also notify buyer of the approval or rejection of their exchange.

If it is approved, then exchange will be processed & buyer shall receive an email with the details of their exchanged product. Product shall be shipped only after buyer clears all the dues related to the exchange.

  • If to & fro pickup have been arranged from our end for exchange of the product on behalf of buyer then the product will be dispatched once all dues are cleared by buyer.
  • We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).

  • There’s no refund on, only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel My Order

Buyer can only cancel order if their order has not been shipped. We will refund the 100% amount in 5-7 working days. If the order has been shipped, then please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation & we will refund rest of the amount once we receive the shipment back.
